Business continuity with COVID-19

We are in uncertain times and we are all grappling with a fluid situation.  HOVER is open for business and we do not expect any disruption in our service as we activate our business continuity plans and do our part to help slow the spread of COVID-19. We are focused on supporting the needs of our customers while actively following local, federal and CDC guidelines to protect the health and safety of our employees, their families, and our communities.

As a technology company with multiple office locations and in-region sales teams, we are accustomed to remote engagement, both internally and externally with our customers. We have the appropriate technical infrastructure to operate effectively in this environment.

Our customers have expressed concerns around business impact and general ability to continue their business operations in this period of avoidance and social distancing. Concerns around face-to-face contact and on-site visits will likely cause property owners to postpone or even cancel elective or restoration work to their home.

In these difficult times, you may be looking for ways to engage property owners remotely. HOVER provides a solution via our HOVER Connect feature. With HOVER Connect you can remove the need for site-visits by enabling property owners to capture their own homes via their smartphone and the HOVER app. Learn more at our help center.
