We are seeking a Product Manager to lead vital improvements to our Core Product and end-to-end customer experience, ensuring our offerings function cohesively as a unified ecosystem and paving the way for building new products. You will be the glue that binds Hover’s offerings together, optimizing the customer experience at every touchpoint including improving our core product and innovating in a 0-1 capacity. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, UX design, and systems thinking, ensuring users, from homeowners to contractors, have an intuitive and delightful experience across our platform.</p>
<p><strong>You Will Contribute By:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Driving improvements and innovation across our Core Product, including owning the end-to-end customer journey, implementing complex cross-product integrations and enhancements, and experimenting with new use cases or technologies stemming from our existing products.</li>
<li>Partnering closely with design, engineering, and data teams to establish a consistent UX/UI language, intuitive workflows, and a unified Hover experience.</li>
<li>Bridging the gap between different Hover products, ensuring interoperability, data consistency, and a frictionless transition for users moving between tools.</li>
<li>Applying a systems-thinking approach to map dependencies across multiple teams and functions, ensuring a scalable, resilient, and user-friendly platform.</li>
<li>Leveraging data and user insights to measure customer pain points, friction, and opportunities, using those learnings to refine the experience continuously.</li>
<li>Championing a customer-obsessed culture, ensuring that every Hover interaction—from onboarding to daily use—is effortless, intuitive, and delightful.</li>
<li>Leading cross-functional initiatives that align Hover’s business objectives with an industry-leading customer experience and constant innovation.</li>

<p><strong>In Your First Year, You Will:</strong></p>

<li>Successfully launch new features or products that significantly improve the user experience across Hover's platform</li>
<li>Enhance key growth and engagement metrics through iterative product improvements.</li>

<p><strong>Your Background & Qualifications Include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer-facing or B2B2C products.</li>
<li>Proven track record of delivering impactful products, preferably with AI-powered or data-driven features.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into simple, effective solutions.</li>
<li>Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, working closely with engineering, design, operations and marketing teams.</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset, adept at using analytics and user insights to inform product decisions.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for taking ideas from concept to launch.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating product vision and priorities to diverse stakeholders.</li>
<li>Familiarity with 3D visualization tools, lead conversion platforms, or consumer marketplace products is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<p><em>Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles. <strong>This role will be located in our San Francisco Hub. </strong></em></p>
<p><em>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $206,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
