Account Manager (Mid-Market)

Why HOVER wants you: 

HOVER is looking for an exceptional salesperson who can manage and continue to expand relationships with our existing customers by bringing transformative technology to the established Exterior Home Improvement (EHI) market, our largest vertical. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to execute and provide feedback on strategies to maintain existing accounts as well as grow significant wallet share through expansion of HOVER platform solutions. Ultimately, we are looking for people who are mission and purpose driven to work alongside our existing team of other dynamic account managers to contribute to a critical revenue stream for HOVER. Depending on your strengths and passion will determine whether you work with our Mid Market or Large accounts. 

You will contribute by: 

Helping serve others around you both internally and externally to strengthen our already incredible culture and position in the market. Communicating authentically with your peers and leadership to help identify blind spots and present solutions to help us continue to improve the business. Lead by example by simultaneously living our values, hitting your targets, and having a growth mindset so you can grow both personally and professionally. Last but not least, effectively articulate the vision of HOVER with executives within Home Improvement Organizations to help them understand how we’re the best partner for them both near and long term to serve their customers. 

Your background includes:  

  • 4+ years of quota carrying field sales experience 
  • 1+ years of technology sales experience 
  • Experience handling renewals and having goals for retention and/or expansion of existing customers 
  • Passion for building strong relationships with customers to establish yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Knowledge of content management, cloud, or other complex SaaS applications preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong prioritization, territory planning, and team-selling experience
  • Strong track record of navigating within large and mid-market organizations
  • Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively
  • Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptive
  • Some travel will eventually be required
