This role reports to the CFO and is part of a broader G&A team with strong guiding principles: INTEGRITY, INFLUENCE and INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT.

You will contribute by: 

You will own HOVER budgets and financial planning processes across all Go-To-Market (GTM) departments. You will partner with Finance Revenue Manager, Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence teams to develop a forecasting model applying drivers across investments in sales and marketing. You will lead planning activities with the sales teams, forecast and manage spend for the GTM functions. You will build strong relationships with your business partners and develop robust ROI analysis for future investments.  

You will have input in designing variable compensation plans and will be providing commission analysis. You will collaborate closely with GTM leaders to develop financial KPIs for the team and HOVER as a whole. Ultimately, you will help us achieve our aggressive growth targets in the most efficient way.  

You will be intimately involved in completing our implementation of Adaptive Insights to streamline our business processes and to scale yourself. You will bring creative solutions and will build close relationships with each budget owner helping them make thoughtful tradeoffs both within each of their budgets and across the organization. You will drive common sense controls measures and will nurture our culture of fiscal discipline. You will help us with various financial modeling and scenario planning initiatives.  

Your background includes:  

  • 5+ years of increasingly complex experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a Sales Finance and/or private equity, banking or consulting experience in a fast-paced industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or business or equivalent experience
  • Budgeting and financial modeling experience are a must
  • Advanced Excel and presentation building skills with experience in building financial models and clear, concise presentation materials
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment. Passionate about building new capabilities from scratch
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally, influence, and communicate with all levels of management
  • Software industry experience is preferred

  • Experience with Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, PBCS, Tableau or other BI forecasting tools
