HOVER is looking for an innovative sales leader who can manage and continue to develop a team that is bringing transformative technology to the established Exterior Home Improvement (EHI) market, our largest vertical. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop strategies to maintain existing accounts as well as grow significant wallet share through expansion of HOVER platform solutions. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who has a strong leadership philosophy to build and develop a team of dynamic account managers who contribute to a critical revenue stream for HOVER.

All of the existing members of the team are highly successful in our business and will help you ramp up, but you will also have the opportunity to mold the team to make it your own based on what you think is best for the business.
You will contribute by:
As the Sales Manager for the Account Management division, you will lead a team of Account Managers across the Large Account segment to drive adoption, manage renewal and upsell sales cycles, and achieve existing business revenue goals. You will coach and retain top talent. As a Sales Leader at HOVER, you will implement effective and repeatable sales processes to successfully scale our business. This includes owning all aspects of forecasting for your team and revenue quota achievement. You’ll work closely with your team to strategize about account penetration and tactics to prevent churn. Executive bridging will be critical, so you’ll need to be able to effectively articulate the vision of HOVER to our customers.
