HOVER is looking for an exceptional customer support intern to join our team to make a large impact right away. You will run point on customers’ issues and resolve their inquiries in an attentive and empathic manner. While becoming a product expert, you will perform the key responsibility of providing valuable feedback to improve HOVER's internal and external tools.
The customer support team at HOVER is a centerpiece of the company. From helping sales with their big accounts to reporting bugs to Engineering; support is heavily involved. The support team is the perfect opportunity to learn about our product and our customers while being on a team that collaborates and has fun. Whether it’s solving an easy question or writing up training documentation, this team knows HOVER inside and out.

You will contribute by:
Working directly with our customers to understand their needs by finding product solutions within our current platforms and offerings. You will take product feedback directly to our product, engineering and design teams through proper internal channels.
You will also help us explore our current support systems and identify where we could work better and more efficiently. You will help us by researching other support ticketing and phone/VoiP systems and other databases we use on a daily basis to report, file, track and resolve customer issues.
Additionally, you will help in identifying gaps in our understanding and documentation of our large enterprise customers who need advanced customization, and how we can better keep sales and support in accordance to the customers wishes.

This internship is perfect for students who can commit to a 2-3 month internship this summer and have the following qualifications:
- Customer service & support background (preferred but not required)
- Currently enrolled as a business or marketing student
- Organized in setting priorities and goals for yourself
- Ability to troubleshoot and dig into issues to find solutions
