HOVER is looking for a leader to own the end-to-end experience for the professionals in the exterior home improvement vertical. You will help HOVER develop a scalable and repeatable business model. You’ll partner closely with design, engineering, data, marketing, sales, and others to craft the vision and strategy to materialize the value of our innovative technology.
Your background will likely include leading either a B2B or a marketplace product at scale which left you wanting to do it again. You will be leading innovation in new markets, delivering customer impact, and scaling that solution with a delightful user experience.
You'll contribute by:
You’ll set the product vision and strategy to scale our end-to-end platform for professionals. You will partner with other product leaders to own the entire product roadmap for how the remodeling industry can be disrupted through technology. As part of that, you’ll inspire your team to do their best work, determine the metrics that define success, grow other PMs, hire the best talent, and build a lasting culture. You’ll communicate your vision, plans, and impact to various levels of management, including our executive team. You will act like a business owner for the exterior home improvement vertical owning Product development, GTM motions, and P&L among other things.
