HOVER is looking for a hands on, results-driven sales leader who leads with purpose, empathy, and servitude to lead a team of Large Accounts Account Executives who are tasked with high growth targets to under-penetrated accounts and hunting new logos within our exterior home remodeling vertical. As a sales leader at HOVER, you will be responsible for building out strategy, refining metrics & leading indicators to keep on trend, and team selling to our accounts and channel relationships. 

The Large Accounts Account Executive Team is a group of people that live the values of our culture by serving others around them and you will have the opportunity to serve them as a front line manager. All of the existing members of the team are highly successful in our business and will help you ramp up, but you will also have the opportunity to mold the team to make it your own based on what you think is best for the business. 

Please note: This role is a remote position, however, it will require monthly travel.

You will contribute by: 

As the Manager of Large Accounts, Account Executives, you will lead a team of Account Executives across our Large Account segment to achieve high growth across existing accounts and heavy new logo acquisition. You will hire, coach, and retain top talent. You’ll implement effective and repeatable sales processes to successfully scale our business. You will manage forecasting, account assignment and quota achievement for a team of sellers. You’ll work closely with your team to strategize about account penetration, and develop tactics to increase velocity and efficiency to close new business where channel relations will play a critical role. You will also focus the team towards aggressive SaaS revenue targets through platform adoption. Executive bridging on strategic accounts will be important; required to be able to effectively articulate the vision of HOVER to our customers.

Communicating authentically with your peers and leadership to help identify blind spots and present solutions to help us continue to improve the business. Leading by example by simultaneously living our values, hitting your targets, and having a growth mindset will set you up for success both personally and professionally. 

Your background includes:  

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota carrying sales role with a track record of success and promotions
  • 5+ years in Software/SaaS businesses preferably in high velocity/transactional sales motions and selling complex solutions
  • 2+ years managing a growing team of top performing contributors
  • Proven track record of leading a team of sales reps to exceed goals; preferable in hunting, new business acquisition 
  • Strong people management, coaching, and development experience 
  • Strong prioritization, territory planning, and team-selling experience
  • Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
  • Experience in the insurance technology, home improvement contracting, construction, or building material space are bonuses
