Why HOVER wants you: 

We’re looking for an exceptional salesperson to help take the Mid-Market Account Executive team to the next level. In this role, you will help drive growth in our most lucrative base of customers. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to run a full cycle sales process and excel in driving new business. You will be responsible for conducting thorough discovery, identifying business problems, and conveying appropriate HOVER solutions to the client. This is a hunting role with the primary focus on acquisition of new logos and working cross functionally to drive utilization revenue within the accounts. It’s important to note that this is a high velocity selling environment so your ability to move quickly while balancing the above will be critical to your success. 

You will contribute by: 

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HOVER, you will serve others around you both internally and externally to strengthen our already incredible culture and position in the market. You will communicate authentically with your peers and leadership to help identify blind spots and present solutions to help us continue to improve the business. You will work closely with your team to help establish better sales motions and process efficiencies. And last but not least, you will contribute by providing ongoing feedback to the business from our customers, so that we can provide the best product & services for our industry. 

Your background includes:  

  • 5+ years of quota carrying field sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • 3+ years of technology sales experience, managing high volume opportunities in a fast paced environment
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and driving channel sales 
  • Ability to drive new product launches and initiatives into the market
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to present to senior managers and C-suite
  • Tech savvy, with knowledge of content management, cloud, or other complex SaaS applications
  • Willingness to travel when needed for client visits and/or industry events
  • Experience selling into real estate, interior/exterior design, home renovation/construction industries a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, or GAP Selling strongly preferred
