Why HOVER wants you: 

HOVER is looking for critical thinkers who can execute on strategies to increase product adoption and drive revenue within a defined book of business. You’ll work cross-functionally with HOVER Customer Enablement, Product Management, Marketing and Support to expand relationships with our existing customers by bringing transformative technology to the established Exterior Home Improvement (EHI) market, our largest vertical. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to be a strategic consultant to your accounts by understanding their business needs and applying effective solutions to solve their most challenging problems. Ultimately, we are looking for people who are mission and purpose driven to work alongside our existing team of other dynamic account managers to contribute to a critical revenue stream for HOVER. 

You will contribute by: 

As an Account Manager on the EHI team you’ll work closely with others around you both internally and externally to strengthen our already incredible culture and position in the market. Communicating authentically with your peers and leadership to help identify blind spots and present solutions to help us continue to improve the business. Lead by example by simultaneously living our values, hitting your targets, and having a growth mindset so you can grow both personally and professionally. Last but not least, effectively articulate the vision of HOVER with executives within Home Improvement Organizations to help them understand how we’re the best partner for them both near and long term to serve their customers. 

Your background includes:  

  • 5+ years of account management experience 
  • Proven track record of upselling and cross selling solutions into an existing books of business and exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to grow usage of existing paid offerings within managed accounts
  • Focus on maintaining high customer retention through ongoing value-delivery and effective renewal negotiations
  • Passion for building strong relationships with customers to establish yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Multi-faceted sales approach including collaborative selling with other internal and external partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to present to senior managers and the C-suite
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
  • 25% travel required
