HOVER is looking for a Product Operations Manager who will help bring new products to life by catalyzing early adopter customer development and consolidating product feedback in order to inform product development. You are excited to dive deep into understanding what makes HOVER different, and explore new markets, customers, and applications to accelerate our growth.  As part of this process, you will partner cross-functionally with key business areas including product, engineering, and sales.

The Product Operations Team supports HOVER’s growth by maximizing customer development for early stage product initiatives.  We are also responsible for pushing the boundaries of our data and production capabilities to enable HOVER’s mission to digitize the world’s physical structures. Our team works cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and Go to Market business partners.

You will contribute by: 

Embedding yourself in cross functional teams that are directly responsible for the success of early stage products. You will build, manage, optimize, and adapt frameworks to generate meaningful feedback from customers and ensure that HOVERs expanding product suite continues to fulfill the unmet needs of our growing customer base.  You will be on the lookout for both small process tweaks, and entirely different ways of doing things, with a particular focus on delivering the highest quality outcomes for our customers as we rapidly scale new products and move them through our product lifecycle.  In addition, you will partner with design, research, data, product, and engineering to develop the technology and product roadmap.  You will be biased towards action, drive highly visible strategic projects independently, and communicate insights to senior leadership.

Your background includes:  

  • 4+ years of professional experience in operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, or analytics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – can communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical leadership audiences
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Experience working cross-functionally to establish and scale processes that support large volumes and different working cultures
  • Proven ability to quickly climb new learning curves and add value
  • Ideally people management experience
  • A sincere, collaborative, and empathetic personality characterized by a strong inclination to be part of a team of doers

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $128,000 - $150,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
