As a Program Manager for our Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving cross functional initiatives that support the marketing organization and strategic annual goals that help accelerate business. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this role will work closely with the entire marketing org (Product Marketing, Brand, Communications, Data & Analytics) and cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product and Sales teams to maximize HOVER’s growth engines.
You are a creative problem solver who takes responsibility and ownership to make processes and programs run smoothly, and have the ability to understand the team’s needs and dynamics as they evolve. This role requires project management experience, as well as a general sense of the marketing and product development process. With strong organization skills, communication practices, and the ability to manage sophisticated programs, you have a passion for program strategy, operations, and prioritization.
You will be joining the Growth Marketing team that conceives of, creates, and executes on the company’s largest growth initiatives. We are looking for someone who has a strong sense of ownership and is excited by the idea of acting both operationally (to tactically get-things-done) and strategically (to scale our business in the right ways as we kick off 2023).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000 - $128,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
