We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who’s passionate about geometry, automation, and real-world impact. In this role, you’ll design and implement the systems that transform customer-captured imagery into highly accurate 3D models—advancing the scalability and precision of Hover’s modeling pipeline. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and engineers across frontend, backend, computer vision, and DevOps to bring new capabilities to life, combining technical depth with strong communication and cross-functional partnership.

The Modeling Pipeline team builds the tools that our in-house operations rely on for transforming customer-captured scans into highly accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings. We are also responsible for developing the pipeline and systems that process 3D data through automated and manual stages, as well as exporting data to customer-facing formats.

As our Senior Engineering Manager, 3D Modeling, you’ll lead the team responsible for Hover’s modeling pipeline—the backbone of our products. This is one of the most impactful teams at Hover, powering everything that needs a 3D digital twin of a building to power it. You’ll guide a world-class team tackling challenges at the intersection of machine learning, computer vision, and 3D modeling.

We're looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to join our Capture SDK team—a tight-knit, high-impact group at the heart of Hover’s 3D capture technology. This is not your typical app development role. You’ll be building the mobile foundation that powers Hover’s ability to reconstruct the real world from a smartphone, creating immense value for our customers and partners.

This role blends low-level camera access, real-time data processing, ARKit innovation, and 3D rendering, all wrapped in a performant, developer-friendly SDK. Our Computer Vision team has doubled in size over the past year, and we’re looking for a strong engineering manager to keep that momentum healthy and sustainable. You’ll partner with our current CV leader to split the growing roster into focused pods, establish clear ownership boundaries, and ensure the team’s research breakthroughs continue to land in production on predictable cadences.

In this role, you’ll hire, coach, and retain top vision talent. You'll lead a core team with an outsized impact, owning and scaling a key product line at Hover. You’ll split your time between strategic leadership—shaping the roadmap, scaling processes, and mentoring ICs—and hands-on engagement with cutting-edge 3D computer vision technology.
