We’re expanding Hover’s 3D Reconstruction platform to solve one of our most ambitious technical challenges: transforming real-world sensor data into accurate, structured, CAD-quality models at scale. Computer Vision doesn’t just support Hover’s products, it defines them. We’re looking for either a Senior or Staff Computer Vision Engineer who can turn cutting-edge research into scalable production capabilities while helping shape the future of our reconstruction systems.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to own meaningful technical work end to end, move quickly without large-company bureaucracy, and help build accurate digital twin models of the real world at scale. You’ll work across research, experimentation, and production: reading papers, reproducing and adapting promising academic approaches, training deep learning models, designing rigorous experiments, building proof-of-concepts, and turning successful ideas into robust engineered systems that reach users.
At the Staff level, this role is ideal for a technical leader who is equally comfortable with deep 3D reconstruction work, product strategy, architectural tradeoffs, experiment design, and production deployment. You’ll help connect long-term technical vision, day-to-day engineering execution, and market-driven product needs so Hover’s CV roadmap delivers maximum customer and business impact.
You’ll join a high-performing team of computer vision researchers, reconstruction engineers, graphics specialists, and 3D modelers building systems that turn real-world capture into accurate digital twin models at commercial scale.

At Hover, we’re transforming how homeowners, contractors, and insurance professionals design, scope, and improve properties using AI, 3D data, and modern software experiences. We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help scale our Core UX team, focused on solving foundational customer experience challenges across Hover’s platform. You’ll work on the highest impact problems for our small business customers in an environment with significant ownership and autonomy.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning undefined customer problems into intuitive, scalable product experiences. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and design leaders to shape technical direction, lead complex initiatives, and help establish the systems, culture, and engineering practices of a rapidly growing team.

Hover has one of the richest 3D property datasets on the planet. Millions of structures captured, with sub-inch precision and used by major insurance carriers and construction companies today. The next step is building autonomous systems that can perform inspections, damage assessments, design, and cost estimations with speed, accuracy, and operational trust at scale. We’ve already validated the direction. This role is responsible for taking Hover from “we’ve proven it works” to “it runs accurately and reliably at scale.”
We’re hiring a Principal Agentic AI Engineer to lead the architecture, technical strategy, and operational rigor behind our next generation of autonomous systems. This is a deeply hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll stay close to architecture, evaluation systems, debugging, and critical implementation details while helping define the future of agentic AI at Hover.
You’ll work at the intersection of:
- multi-agent orchestration,
- agentic systems reliability,
- human-in-the-loop operational design,
- and enterprise-grade AI trust.
If you want to help define how an entire industry transitions from manual workflows to autonomous systems, this role is for you.

The Estimates Platform team owns the foundational systems that determine what Hover can scope, classify, and price for any structure. If a product needs to know what work a structure requires or what it costs, it starts here.
At its core, this is a recommendation system. You'll ingest disparate data sources (3D model outputs, product catalogs from distribution partners, pricing feeds, and customer inputs), synthesize them into a structured language the rest of Hover can consume, and serve actionable estimates to internal teams, contractors, and insurance partners.
The system is deterministic today, and the core stays that way. AI is how we accelerate the platform's expansion: ingesting new partner catalogs, classifying unfamiliar trades, and learning from every estimate that flows through. As Engineering Manager, you'll lead that evolution, extending the rules-based foundation with AI-driven capabilities that open the platform to new trades and new partners.

At Hover, 3D data powers everything we do; from transforming how people visualize homes to revolutionizing the construction and insurance industries. We’re looking for a senior software engineer with deep expertise in 3D geometry, graphics, and visualization to help us push the boundaries of what’s possible in immersive, high-impact user experiences.
As part of our 3D & Measurements team, you’ll help build and evolve the core systems behind our industry-leading products, including our PDF measurements report, Workspace (for exteriors), and Virtual Walkthrough (for interiors). You’ll collaborate closely with talented designers and engineers across frontend, backend, graphics, and DevOps to create cutting-edge 3D solutions that directly serve our customers’ needs.
This is an opportunity to join a world-class team working at the intersection of technology, design, and real-world application—where your contributions will be seen, used, and valued every day.
