“Rising material costs and supply chain issues have definitely impacted project timelines and pricing industry-wide. We always aim to lock in estimates as early as possible and be transparent with clients about potential changes. For homeowners navigating these times,
our advice is: don’t wait too long. Prices rarely go down, and delaying a necessary project can cost more in the long run. Planning ahead and working with a contractor who communicates clearly is key.”
